1. Once-Off Complete Property Clean-Ups:

Ideal for major clear-outs after the Wet Season or before the cyclone season. Perfect for preparing a property for new tenants. 

2. Weekly Maintenance 

Suited for high-growth periods (especially during the Wet Season). Keeps lawns, gardens, and trees in check. 

3. Fortnightly, Three weekly or Monthly 

Best for slower growth in the Dry Season. Offers less frequent, budget-friendly upkeep.
